Over the course of 6 weeks, you will train alongside a dedicated all female group who are all entirely new to Krav Maga training, guaranteeing a supportive, welcoming, and pressure free environment.
You will learn how to identify potential dangers, maintain situational awareness, and respond effectively to various threats and attacks specifically targeted towards women.
As you progress through the course, you’ll develop increased confidence, physical fitness, and mental resilience.
What should I bring?
You do not need to bring any equipment with you to the course. For training please wear comfortable sports clothing (t-shirt, long dark trousers/leggings) and some water.
Do I need to be fit to join?
Krav Maga training does improve your physical fitness, but you do not require any minimum fitness level to join. All fitness levels are welcome.

Location: 10 Possil Road, Second Floor, G4 9SY, Glasgow.
We are on the second floor, through the corridor and at the door on the left. Look for the room with the blue mats
Our nearest subway station is Cowcaddens, and there are various bus links to get to our location.
There is parking at the back of the building on Farnell street.
