About us

United Krav Maga World Organisation

United Krav Maga World Organisation was established by an international group of experienced instructors headed by Master Tomasz Adamczyk with the aim: “to provide realistic solutions to modern day threats.”

Founded with a purpose

After twenty years of close co-operation with the upper echelon of Israeli Krav Maga experts, Tomasz Adamczyk, an ex-member of the exclusive Israeli Global Krav Maga Instructors Team, decided together with the instructor cadre to develop new training methods to answer the threats of the modern world.

A system for today's threats

After years of hard work, a new open and modern system of United Krav Maga World Organisation was created based on both the genius Imi Lichtenfeld’s methods and on the contemporary experiences of international instructors and experts.

Experience and knowledge

In the twenty years of his work as a Krav Maga instructor, Master Tomasz Adamczyk has successfully trained more than 600 civilian, military, police and law enforcement instructors throughout the world. His teachings and methods were recommended internationally by the Israeli Ministry of Defence. This commitment as well as the passion and engagement of the united cadre of instructors guarantee the highest level and quality of training.

Glasgow United Krav Maga

founder: Bartosz Szczepanski

Hey there,  helping people gain confidence and feel safe has always been a calling for me. That’s why I founded Glasgow United Krav Maga – to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to learn self-defence and improve their physical and mental wellbeing.

I’ve been a Krav Maga Instructor since 2011, but my passion for combat sports and self-defence started much earlier. I became a successful practitioner in 2007 and was later granted my qualification by the upper echelon of the International Krav Maga Federation, including Avi Moyal, Haim Sasson and Tamir Gilad. Since then, I’ve continued to hone my skills as a coach under the watchful eye of Eyal Yanilov and his team of Krav Maga Global Experts.

As the founder of Glasgow United Krav Maga, I’m proud to represent the United Krav Maga World Organisation and hold the rank of Expert level 2 (black belt 2nd Dan) granted by Master Tomasz Adamczyk. I’ve also dedicated myself to studying different combat sport disciplines, both striking and grappling, to gain as much technical knowledge as possible. That’s why I joined one of the most respected martial arts gyms in Scotland, The Griphouse, where I continue to develop my skills.

My passion for combat sports has taken me around the world, training with the best combat instructors and gaining qualifications in military combat, civilian and military knife fighting. But my true passion lies in helping others gain the confidence and skills to protect themselves and their loved ones. At Glasgow United Krav Maga, we’re all about empowering people and creating a supportive community.

Rafał Morus

Hi I am Rafał Morus

I have been training martial arts for over 20 years, I can honestly say that my first love was Karate Kyokushin. However, my journey has taken me through a variety of styles, including Muay Thai, which I competed in professionally.

When I was in the army I was introduced to Krav Maga, and it was a game changer for me. The practicality and effectiveness of this self-defense system quickly won me over, and I knew that I wanted to share it with others.

I have started training with Glasgow United Krav Maga in 2014 and became a Krav Maga instructor in 2019. I’m passionate about helping my students build confidence and learn the skills they need to protect themselves.
And I’m constantly seeking to improve my own skills and knowledge through ongoing training and practice, so that I can be the best instructor possible.

My name is Kirsty Orr

I have been a Krav Maga instructor since 2019. I’ve honed my skills under the tutelage of Bartosz Szczepanski (Expert level 2) at Glasgow United Krav Maga since 2017. I hold Fighter Level 4 with qualifications in teaching kids, teens, and adults, and I am dedicated to providing engaging and quality training sessions.

In addition to traditional Krav Maga training, I run women-only self-defence courses and recently made my debut in combat sports. My goal is to leave my students feeling confident and strong.
