Have you always wanted to learn how to defend yourself but felt nervous about starting?
We have the perfect solution for you! Our dedicated 4 week Introduction to Krav Maga course launches in January. You will train alongside a dedicated group who are all entirely new to Krav Maga training, guaranteeing a supportive, welcoming, and pressure free environment.
You will learn how to identify potential threats, maintain situational awareness, and respond effectively to various attack scenarios. As you progress through the course, you’ll develop increased confidence, physical fitness, and mental resilience. This beginner course provides a solid foundation for further Krav Maga training and teaches you how to protect yourself in everyday life.
What should I bring?
You do not need to bring any equipment with you to the course. For training please wear comfortable sports clothing (t-shirt, long dark trousers/leggings) and some water.
Do I need to be fit to join?
Krav Maga training does improve your physical fitness, but you do not require any minimum fitness level to join. All fitness levels are welcome.

We are located on the second floor of the building, on the left side once you come upstairs. You should see our Logo. There is parking at the back of the building on Farnell street.
