Over this 6-week women’s self-defence course, you will train within an all-female beginner group, creating a supportive, welcoming, and pressure-free environment designed for those with no prior experience.
The course focuses on situations women may encounter in everyday life. You will learn how to recognise potential danger early, develop strong situational awareness, and apply effective self-defence techniques for common threats and physical confrontations.
As the course progresses, you will build practical skills, improve your fitness, and develop greater confidence, awareness, and mental resilience in everyday life.
What should I bring?
You do not need to bring any equipment with you to the course. For training please wear comfortable sports clothing (t-shirt, long dark trousers/leggings) and some water.
Do I need to be fit to join?
Krav Maga training does improve your physical fitness, but you do not require any minimum fitness level to join. All fitness levels are welcome.

Location: 10 Possil Road, Second Floor, G4 9SY, Glasgow.
We are on the second floor, through the corridor and at the door on the left. Look for the room with the blue mats
Our nearest subway station is Cowcaddens, and there are various bus links to get to our location.
There is parking at the back of the building on Farnell street.
