Junior Class (Ages 9-11)

Introducing our comprehensive self-defence classes for kids, juniors, and teens. Our experienced and knowledgeable coaches create a safe and supportive environment where young individuals can learn valuable life skills and gain confidence. With a focus on teaching simple yet highly effective techniques, young learners will develop the skills to defend themselves in any situation.

Timetable:

Kids (5-9 years) Tuesday: 18:00 – 19:00

Juniors (10-13 years) Thursday: 18:00 – 19:00

Teenagers (14-18 years) Monday & Wednesday: 18:00 – 19:00
